Payment plans for the surgery are available through our office.  We currently participate in the following plans.

CARE CREDIT:

Care credit is an option for our self-pay patients. You will need to fill out a short application form in our office. You will know the decision in a few minutes. Approval and the credit limit are based on your credit history.

You can only finance our office fees and surgery charges with Care Credit. You will not be able to finance the hospital charges, anesthesia charges or any other charges with Care Credit through our office.

You may choose the payment terms from 3-60 months. There may be an interest free option available for 3-month term. Any term longer then 3 months will have an interest payable. The usual interest rate is about 10%.

CAPITAL ONE FINANCING:

Another option is Capital One healthcare financing available through our office. You will need to fill out a short application form in our office. Generally you will know the decision in one day. Approval and the credit limit are based on your credit history.

With Capital One you may be able to finance the entire cost of your surgery. It depends on the credit limit that was approved for your application based on your credit history and other details on the application form you have filled out.

You may choose the payment term based on options in the application. Longest term is 60 months. There may be an interest free option available for 3-month term. Any term longer then 3 months will have an interest payable. Interest rate varies from 1.9% - 24.9% depending on your credit history.
