Self Pay Patient Package Prices:

• The package pricing includes the Surgeon fees for the surgery, hospital charges for the surgery, anesthesia charges and follow-up and fills up to a total of $1,000.00..
• The package pricing does not include the charges for pre surgical consultations for the surgeon, dietitian, fitness consultant, psychologist and any other specialist appointments needed. The package pricing does not include any pre-operative testing, surgical assistant fees or radiologist fees. A detailed list of additional charges are available at the time of the initial consultation.
• You will be provided with a detailed policy and charge list outlining all the estimated charges at the time of your initial consultation. This list is a guide but not meant to be a comprehensive list.

If you choose not to purchase any follow-up packages, individual office visits are charged at AIBL standard billing rates with applicable prompt-pay discounts.

Payment Plans

Depending on your credit history your payment could be as low as $7/day. Payment plans and financing options for the surgery are available through AIBL office.  AIBL currently participates in the following plans.

If you prefer to use any of the payment plans mentioned, please notice that:

• You will need to fill out a short application form in our office. You will know the decision within 24 hours. Approval and the credit limit are based on your credit history.

• You can only finance AIBL office fees and surgery charges with Care Credit. You will not be able to finance the hospital charges, anesthesia charges or any other charges with Care Credit through our office.

• With Capital One you may be able to finance the entire cost of your surgery. You may choose the payment term based on options in the application.

• Surgery Loans would also consider patients with poor or no credit history.
